The first day of our 3 days Merzouga Motorcycle Tour will be spent exploring the Erg Chebbi dunes, driving across Morocco’s vast dunes, and admiring the spectacular Sahara environment. In Khamlia village, you may listen to Gnawa music. Then we’ll cross the dunes to Begaa, Morocco’s final settlement before the Algerian border. We stop at the Tisrdmine oasis, then Safsaf, for a picnic lunch under the trees. After that, we’ll head back to Merzouga and spend the night in a hotel with dinner.
On the second day of our 3-day Merzouga Motorbike Tour, our journey continues as we venture towards the enchanting village of Taous. As we ride through the vast desert landscapes, the mesmerizing beauty of the surroundings will captivate your senses. Along the way, we will also have the opportunity to visit the intriguing rock engravings, which offer a glimpse into the ancient history of the region.
Leaving Taous behind, our Moto KTM safari takes us further to the charming Ouzina village, with a delightful stopover in the picturesque Jdaid village. This leg of the tour provides a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the local way of life, interacting with the friendly inhabitants and gaining insights into their traditions and customs.
After a few hours of relaxation, we embark on the next phase of our adventure, heading towards Ramlia. In the afternoon, we continue our motocross journey, steering towards the captivating Tafrout Sidi Ali. This destination will serve as our overnight stop, offering a chance to rest, and reflect. On the last day of our moto Ktm adventure, we embark on an exhilarating journey from Tafraout Sidi Ali, a charming town nestled in the heart of the vast Sahara Desert. As we set off, the golden sands stretch out endlessly before us, beckoning us towards the next chapter of our expedition. Our destination is Rissani, a city steeped in history and renowned for its traditional architecture and vibrant cultural heritage.
En route, we make a fascinating stop at the Lost City, also known as Oubahlou, a mesmerizing ancient Portuguese ruin. We take our time to explore this mystical place, walking among the remnants of its past glory.
Continuing our journey, we arrive in Rissani, where history comes alive at every turn. We delve into the city’s historical sites, immersing ourselves in its rich heritage and architectural wonders. The tantalizing aroma of freshly baked pizza wafts through the air, enticing us to savor a local specialty, adding a delicious culinary experience to our adventurous day.
After indulging in a leisurely lunch and taking a few hours to relax and recharge, we begin our return trip to Merzouga.
