After breakfast at your hotel in Merzouga, we begin the journey by motorbike. Our first destination is the beautiful Tesradmin Oasis, located in the heart of the desert. This lush oasis is surrounded by palm trees and is the perfect place to start the day.
Next, we ride toward the Erg Chebbi dunes, the tallest dunes in Morocco. These towering sand dunes can reach up to 150 meters high. Riding across them on a motorbike is both exciting and challenging. We stop in the middle of the dunes to enjoy a picnic lunch, taking in the views and silence of the desert.
After lunch, we continue riding through the dunes, crossing sandy trails and admiring the orange and red hues of the Sahara. The ride will make you feel the power and thrill of riding in one of the most beautiful landscapes on Earth.
In the afternoon, we arrive at Mfis, an old desert village known for its traditional houses and former mine site. Here, we visit nomadic families living in tents. You will get a chance to learn how they live in the desert, how they cook, and how they raise their animals.

We’ll then cross the dunes and make our way to Begaa, the last Moroccan settlement before the Algerian border. From there, the journey continues toward the enchanting village of Taous. Riding through these wide, open desert landscapes, you’ll be captivated by the vastness and beauty of the surroundings.
Along the way, we’ll stop to visit ancient rock engravings—mysterious carvings that offer a fascinating glimpse into the prehistoric history of the region.
As the day winds down, we’ll leave Taous and ride to the peaceful village of Jdaid. There, you’ll settle into a comfortable hotel for the night and enjoy a delicious dinner under the stars.
After breakfast, we will begin the final day of our 3-day moto tour from Merzouga. Our route takes us through the high desert plateau, where we’ll visit Tijkht to observe how the barite mines operate—an interesting insight into local industry and geology.
We’ll then continue our ride to the lost city of Oubahlou, a hidden gem steeped in mystery. From there, we’ll cross the Oued Ghris and make our way to Tafrout Sidi Ali, a beautiful and remote desert village.
After exploring Tafrout, we’ll ride through the rugged landscapes of Ramlia and stop in Ouzina for a relaxing lunch break. We then return to Merzouga, marking the end of an amazing three-day journey.
