Day 1: Arrival day in Ouarzazate

On your first day, you will arrive in Ouarzazate and settle into your accommodation. You can spend the day touring the city and its surrounds. Ouarzazate is a favorite film setting, and you may visit the Atlas Film Studios or the Kasbah Taourirt, an outstanding mud-brick stronghold that was formerly the residence of the Glaoui clan. Day 2: Ouarzazate » N'Kob (230km)

A pleasant day of biking will help you to become acquainted with your bike and the terrain. After breakfast and roughly six kilometers on the road, you’ll travel northeast on sweeping trails through the local military range. We leave the plateau and descend into the arid riverbeds and gorges of the High Atlas’ periphery.

The route is largely hard-packed soil, with a few short rocky portions, river crossings, and tiny communities tossed in for good measure. Some long parts of the undulating track twist across the hills with no rocks in sight. After a picnic lunch on the path, you’ll turn south the after 100 kilometers.

You’ll descend via the Anti-Atlas Mountains to Agdz. Following a quick refueling and coffee break, the route will take you 30 kilometers off-road through palmeraie, hugging the River Draa before returning to asphalt. Take the route east for 22 kilometers from there. You’ll spend the night in N’Kob, a settlement on the way to the coast. You will spend the evening in a 200-year-old kasbah that has been converted.

Day 3: N'Kob » Ouzina (250km)

On the third day of our 6 days motorbike tour from Ouarzazate to Ouzina, you will ride from Nkob to Ouzina, which is situated in the center of the Sahara Desert. This journey will take you off the beaten path and through some of Morocco’s most scenic and difficult terrain. You will travel through the Draa Valley and the Erg Ouzina dunes, as well as the spectacular scenery of the Sahara Desert. When you arrive in Ouzina, you can unwind and enjoy the gorgeous scenery.

Day 4: Ouzina » Merzouga (80km)

Ride to Merzouga after breakfast and explore the surrounding area. Ride a camel through the Erg Chebbi dunes, Morocco’s largest and most stunning sand dunes. Spend the night in a desert camp and dine under the stars on a traditional Moroccan meal.

Day 5: Merzouga » Rissani » Erfoud » Tinghir (170 km)

After breakfast, you will depart Merzouga and travel 215 kilometers to Tinghir. The journey for the day will take you through the stunning countryside of southern Morocco. You will pass via Rissani, a medieval village known for its traditional markets and old ruins. You may explore the ruins of Sijilmassa’s old city and learn about the region’s history and culture by visiting the local souks.
After that, you’ll ride your bike to Alnif, a little village famed for its bright traditional mud-brick architecture. Visit the local markets, meet friendly locals, and learn about traditional Berber culture to take a rest.

Finally, you will reach Todra Gorge, a magnificent gorge cut by the Todra River. Tineghir is a good place to spend the night.

Day 6: Tinghir » Ouarzazate (150 km)

On the final day of your KTM tour from Ouarzazate, you’ll ride back to Ouarzazate, passing through various tiny towns and admiring the scenery. When you arrive at Ouarzazate, you can unwind and reflect on your journey.
