Itinerary of 3 days moto KTM tour from Marrakech:

Jour 1:Transfer from Marrakech to Ouarzazate

During your 3 days moto KTM tour from Marrakech, you will land at the airport in Marrakech and take a short arranged minibus road transport to your hotel.

I’ll be right over to pick up your bike.

Clean up, finish the bike paperwork, and then feel free to explore the town.

Jour 2:Ouarzazate » Anti Atlas » Draa Valley » Zagora

75km of tarmac separates us from the piste’s beginning after we pick up kits and motorcycles from our shop. We stop for a brief coffee before hitting the beautifully flowing, hilly track, which becomes more difficult and rugged as the morning wears on. A rocky and steep mountain pass in the end of the morning, especially if it has just rained. a trailside picnic meal.

In the afternoon, the mountains take on a more and more canyon-like appearance, culminating in a breathtaking drop from the wall of a canyon that opens up onto the Draa Valley. A lovely piste winds through the historic towns with mud walls in this well-known area, although you can also choose to follow the support car on the road to the Zagora hotel.

Jour 3:Zagora » Erg Chigaga » Irik » Foum Zguid

We are going to start early this morning because the day is going to be lengthy and exhausting. We travel south on former rally courses, where you may hone your ability to maintain the bike’s stability at high speeds. We quickly refuel the bikes before hitting the swift, flowing trails that go west to Chegaga’s sand dunes. After enjoying a delightful lunch among the dunes, we travel west to Foum Zguid. The slope is rocky at first, but it soon smooths out and we are sailing across Lac Iriki’s (normally) dry lake bed. Find out the actual top speed of a KTM. Once we get an old Dakar Rally, we enter the settlement of Foum Zguid.

Jour 4:Foum Zguid » Taznakht » Anti Atlas » Ait ben Haddou » Oasis Fint » Ouarzazate

We’re going to traverse the Anti-Atlas mountains today, and after a quick tarmac ride, we’ll arrive in a spectacular gorge where the native berber peasants cultivate dates extensively. We have one more village to go and our final chance to find shade before lunch, after which we will have to ascend a series of breathtaking tracks that cling to the side of this old mountain range.

We will have lunch in Tazenakht after a brief descent and a fast sprint across agricultural plains. It is well-known that this little village produces Berber carpets. You’re invited to watch a thorough demonstration of how the local women create these vibrant works of art, which can also add a touch of oriental design to your home.

After that, you’ll travel on to Oasis Fint, where you’ll sip on some authentic Moroccan mint tea. You have time to explore the serene oasis by the river with a tour and discover more about the amiable locals’ way of life. Travel back to Ouarzazate and spend the evening being dropped off at your hotel or riad.

Jour 5:Transfer back to Marrakech

Following breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport in Marrakech.

The 3-Day KTM Moto Tour from Marrakech was an incredible experience! Riding a powerful KTM 450 Enduro through the Atlas Mountains and the vast Sahara Desert was thrilling from start to finish. The landscapes were breathtaking, especially the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi, where we even got to try sandboarding! Our guide was excellent, and the accommodations, including a cozy desert camp, added to the adventure. If you’re looking for an exciting and unique way to explore Morocco, this tour is a must! Highly recommended!
